Who We Are

Leigh Quinn is the founder and owner of Quinn Management Services Inc. Leigh has focused on developing high performance, principle-based management teams. Combining his executive management experience with expertise in a number of leadership and change management models, Leigh works with CEO’s and senior management teams to address the challenges of leadership, strategy development, performance management and effective organizational change.

Spending 25 years developing, managing and then assuming the role of President of a global specialty chemicals company, Leigh has firsthand knowledge of international business dynamics and what it takes to make a business grow and thrive in a dynamic competitive environment.

Since starting QMSI in 2003, Leigh has focused on human performance and organization development by creating discovery base learning environments, facilitated workshops and performance improvement systems to optimize success for mutual prosperity. 

In the role of coach, mentor and leadership specialist, Leigh works with CEO’s, senior management teams and leadership teams to address the challenges of effective role-model leadership, strategy development, performance management and value-driven organizational change.

Combining this hands-on executive management expertise with practical models Leigh helps businesses create innovative, resilient and sustainable organizational environments. His unique approach is based on research demonstrating that companies with a clear purpose; principles/values and a clear vision, survive and thrive even during economically challenging times.
